Mardi Gras is right around the corner and I am so homesick for Louisiana!! I love to bring a little Cajun love to Florida and celebrate Mardi Gras with my class. We listen to and dance to zydeco, make Mardi Gras mask, wear Jester hats, and eat King Cake. I
